Our bright, adaptable 660-square-foot venue comfortably accommodates up to 40 seated guests or 50 standing, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger community events.

The space is perfect for workshops, classes, nonprofit meetings, retreats, networking events, book clubs, game nights, wellness classes, artist talks, film screenings, pop-up markets, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, fundraisers, and private celebrations.

Everything You Need

We've designed the space to be easy to use and flexible for a wide variety of events. Your rental includes movable tables and chairs, cocktail tables, a kitchen bar with seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a digital projector, audio for presentations or movies, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and serving supplies. You're welcome to bring your own food, hire a caterer, or order from your favorite local restaurant.

Kaleidoscope Penguin Collective features an ADA-accessible entrance with a ramp, an all-gender restroom, and flexible room layouts that can accommodate a variety of accessibility needs. If there's anything we can do to make your event more comfortable or inclusive, just let us know.

Whether you need the space for an hour, an evening, a full day, or a recurring class or meeting, we'll work with you to find the right fit. We also offer discounted rates for nonprofits, schools, educators, mutual aid organizations, and recurring community partners whenever possible.

A Few House Guidelines

We ask that events reflect our values of inclusion, respect, creativity, curiosity, and belonging. Outside food and nonalcoholic beverages are always welcome, and alcohol may be permitted with advance approval. Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, and some events may require a security deposit or certificate of insurance.

Can I decorate the space?
Yes. We simply ask that decorations don't damage the walls or furnishings.

Can I show a movie?
Definitely. Our projector is perfect for movie nights, presentations, and screenings.

Can I host recurring meetings or classes?
Absolutely. As long as we have notice and it doesn’t interfere with our already scheduled programming, we’d love to become your regular gathering place.
