What is Kaleidoscope Penguin Collective?
Kaleidoscope Penguin Collective is a creative community where people come together to learn, play, create, and belong. Through classes, events, games, local art, and shared experiences, we make it easy to discover something new and connect with others.
Are all ages welcome?
Many of our classes and events are open to all ages, while others are designed for adults or specific age groups. The recommended age or age requirement will always be listed in the event description.
Do I need to register in advance?
We recommend registering in advance since many classes have limited space. If spots are still available, some events may also accept walk-ins.
What should I bring to class?
Most classes include everything you'll need. If you need to bring anything special, we'll let you know in the event description.
I'm a beginner. Can I still participate?
Absolutely! Whether you're learning a new skill, trying a new hobby, or just looking to meet new people, everyone is welcome, especially beginners.
Can I bring outside food?
Outside food is welcome for most events unless otherwise noted. Some specialty events may include food or have different guidelines.
Can I bring outside drinks?
Outside nonalcoholic beverages are generally welcome. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! We offer a selection of snacks and beverages. Depending on the event and licensing, we may offer both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.
Do you have a membership?
Yes! Membership is a great way to become part of our community. Members receive exclusive benefits, discounts, and opportunities all year long.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available and make a great gift for anyone who loves creativity, community, and trying something new.
Can I rent the space?
Yes! Kaleidoscope Penguin Collective is available for birthdays, celebrations, team-building events, meetings, workshops, and other private gatherings.
Can I teach a class or host an event?
We love working with artists, makers, educators, performers, and community organizations. If you have an idea that helps people learn, play, create, or belong, we'd love to hear from you.
Is the space accessible?
We strive to make our space welcoming and accessible for everyone. The entrance to our space has a ramp and bathrooms are on the first floor. We take accessibility of all types seriously. Please contact us if you have any questions or accommodation requests.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes. Street parking and nearby public parking are available, and we're also accessible by walking, biking, and public transit.
Can I bring my pet?
