3. Platforms and Service Providers We Use

Squarespace

Our website is built and hosted using Squarespace. Squarespace provides website hosting and related technology and may process technical and website-usage information when you visit our website.

Squarespace maintains its own Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service.

Humanitix

We use Humanitix to publish events and manage event registration and ticketing. When you register for an event through Humanitix, Humanitix may collect information directly from you. KPC may receive registration and attendee information from Humanitix so that we can administer the event, communicate important event information, and understand attendance.

Your use of Humanitix is also subject to Humanitix's own Privacy and Cookies Notice and applicable Terms of Use.

Google Workspace

We use Google Workspace for business communications, email, documents, file storage, forms, calendars, and related administrative activities. Information you send to us or provide through certain KPC forms or communications may therefore be stored or processed using Google services.

Google maintains its own Privacy Policy and applicable Terms of Service.

Instagram and Facebook

KPC maintains accounts on Instagram and Facebook. These services are operated by Meta. If you follow us, message us, comment on our content, respond to an event, or otherwise interact with KPC through Instagram or Facebook, Meta may collect and process information independently under its own terms and privacy policies.

KPC may receive information that you choose to provide through those platforms, as well as aggregated information and analytics made available to page or account administrators.

LinkedIn

KPC may use LinkedIn to share information about events, partnerships, community activities, and other KPC news. If you interact with KPC through LinkedIn, LinkedIn may independently collect and process information under its Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and User Agreement.

Payment information for ticket purchases is generally handled by the applicable payment or ticketing provider rather than directly by KPC.

Please avoid sending sensitive or confidential information through public comments or social-media messages.

Our presence on a social-media platform does not mean that KPC controls that platform's privacy, security, accessibility, or data practices.
